Love Yourself Without Guilt!

“Oh, so I am not coming with you to dinner,” says my sixteen-year-old daughter.

“Ahhhh, NO,” I replied.

In the years when my children were my only focus, organising a dinner with girlfriends was rare. Writing this, I realise that if I had heard my daughter say this to me when she was younger, it would have pierced my heart. Call it a 50’s thing, but this is my time now!
