Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Empower Dreams Bali Orphanage Charity Initiative hosted by FIGS & FETA Magazine, you agree to the following terms and conditions
- Participants are encouraged to donate a clothing item and a handwritten note of encouragement and inspiration.
- The clothing should be new and appropriate for the recipient’s age group.
- Each participant may send one gift package
- The donation cutoff date is October 15, 2023. All gift packages must be received by this date to ensure their inclusion in the charity event
- Participants are responsible for packaging their gifts securely and ensuring they are appropriately addressed.
- Gifts should be sent to PO Box 2156 Greenvale Vic 3059, adhering to the provided address.
- The handwritten note should contain words of encouragement, support, and positivity.
- Participants may include a brief personal backstory if desired, but it should be respectful and considerate.
- By participating, you grant FIGS & FETA Magazine permission to record, photograph, and document the event, including unwrapping gifts.
- These recordings may be used for promotional purposes, social media, and FIGS & FETA Magazine publication.
- Personal information collected during the donation process will be used solely for the purpose of organising and coordinating the charity event.
- Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- We will seek the girls’ consent at the Bali Orphanage to record their reactions to the donated gifts. Participation in the recording is voluntary.
- Gifts and notes must be inclusive, respectful, and non-discriminatory in nature.
- FIGS & FETA Magazine and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages during transit.
- FIGS & FETA Magazine reserves the right to make updates, changes, or amendments to these terms and conditions as needed.
