All children are naturally curious and creative. Nurture this throughout their childhood by encouraging them to make arts and crafts instead of watching videos and playing games on their electronic devices. When you catch a quick break from work this week, how about you sit down with your kids and help them make rabbit masks for the whole family to wear to Sunday lunch? It’ll be a blast. You’ll be making family memories and motivating your kids to get creative. It’s a win-win!
Follow these steps to make your Rabbit Mask:
- Download the rabbit mask pattern.
- Trace the pattern over a piece of heavy cardboard. Then cut it out.
- Gather materials to embellish your mask. You may use pretty faux flowers, dried foliage, ribbon, buttons, or anything else you find in the house. You may also paint or colour the mask using watercolour, crayons, paint, or markers. Just be as creative as you can be.
- Punch a hole each at the bottom of the ears in line with your own. Then slip an elastic band through each hole. Those bands will go around your ears, securing the mask.
