If you stopped to count the number of decisions you make every day, literally you’d lose count. So much so that we’ve all become extraordinary thinkers.
Now that I’ve raised the topic of thinking, let me guess: you are recalling what you were thinking about before you started reading this blog. THINKING!
Let me add one more morsel to your food for THOUGHT. When you think about making these countless decisions, do you watch yourself think? I’m certain that if you did, you would soon realise that much of that thinking you do creates a life of subconscious living. You are on autopilot; going about your day with thoughts you don’t even notice you’re forming.
Thinking like a robot leaves you feeling unaccomplished. It magnifies negativity. Negative language, negative self-esteem, negative courage.
The moment we become mindful of what we are thinking and how we CHOOSE to make our decisions is when our lives become JOYFUL.
Life in this earthly experience need not be painful. Strive to live a JOYFUL and PEACEFUL life. Just like LIVING in heaven on Earth. Here are three little practices you can apply to start making incremental changes to fill your life with more JOY.
