Baked Ricotta with Olives and Thyme

Ingredients
  

  • 4375 grams fresh ricotta
  • 300 grams pitted mixed olives
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • handful fresh thyme
  • sea salt to season

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180° C.
  • Place the ricotta in the centre of a FIGS & FETA beaded pasta bowl.
  • In a small bowl add the olives, garlic, thyme & olive oil and mix to combine. Then evenly spread the olives around the ricotta & season with salt to taste.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Serve warm with crusty bread and ENJOY!
