Lemon Thyme Rocky Road is a scrumptious marriage between rich white chocolate, lemon thyme, and nuts. It’s sure to jazz up any event.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Marshmallows
  • White chocolate
  • Macadamia Nuts
  • Shredded Coconut
  • Lemon Thyme
  • Lemon Zest

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate.
  • While waiting for it to melt, line your slice or cake tin with baking paper.
  • Mix all your dry ingredients and place in the prepared tin.
  • Once the chocolate has melted, pour over the dry ingredients.
  • You can do what I do and keep some ingredients exposed, like the delicious marshmallows or macadamia nuts. (I am a little fussy like that. Let’s face it: we’re making art!)
