Preheat the oven to 180ºC (360ºF).
Grease and line a large cake or loaf tin. You could also use mini loaf tins.
In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, milk, bananas, walnuts and then the self-rising flour, cinnamon and maple syrup, stirring after each ingredient.
Pour the mixture into the tin (or tins). Bake for about 45 minutes. If you are using mini loaf tins, baking time will be approximately 30 minutes.
