Super Simple Banana Walnut and Maple Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup self-rising flour
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 3 bananas medium ripe, mashed
  • 1 cup butter
  • 0.5 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC (360ºF).
  • Grease and line a large cake or loaf tin. You could also use mini loaf tins.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, milk, bananas, walnuts and then the self-rising flour, cinnamon and maple syrup, stirring after each ingredient.
  • Pour the mixture into the tin (or tins). Bake for about 45 minutes. If you are using mini loaf tins, baking time will be approximately 30 minutes.
